The person behind it

Fletcher began on the floor of a 24-hour logistics warehouse in 2011, finishing a BS in Industrial Engineering the following year. From 2014 he moved into workforce systems — owning timesheet accuracy, overtime rules, and the conversion layer between clock time and payroll for three organizations. Every tool on this site is written and reviewed from that perspective: someone who has had to defend a timesheet and explain why a shift that crossed midnight is still eight hours.
